When Completing your Group Registration Online:
If your students/chaperones complete a paper Individual Registration Form:

- Super Early Bird - If you register on or before 1/7/22 the cost is $399
- Early Bird – If you register within 1/8/22 to 3/11/22 the cost is $440
- Final Registration – If you register between 3/12/22 to 5/9/22 the cost will be $470
When Completing your Group Registration Online:
- Please send at least a $50 deposit per registered student to the address below once you have registered
- Submitted Group Registration forms can be updated by emailing ycregistrar@clba.org
- All individual registration forms and final payments are due by 5/9/22
If your students/chaperones complete a paper Individual Registration Form:
- Please use this form to complete the online Individual Registration Form
- Paper forms should not be sent to the Church of the Lutheran Brethren
- All online individual registration forms and final payments are due by 5/9/22

- Bring one chaperone age 20 or older for $325 for every 6 students
- Chaperone registration price is valid until 5/9/22
- Any chaperones over and above the 1:6 ratio will cost the current student price

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need participants' names at the time of registration?
You only need registration totals/numbers, not persons' names when completing the group registration.
Can I edit the group registration form at a later date?
No, the group registration form can’t be edited once it’s submitted. Leaders will need to email changes/updates to the registrar at ycregistrar@clba.org.
Should I still collect paper copies of the registration forms?
Leaders might still want to collect paper copies of all of the forms or just the release form as they will need to upload the release portions of the form to the website.
Can I make a payment online?
No, online payment is not available.
Can I track payments online?
Yes, you can track payments of churches on the CLB Forge website using your assigned account.
Will I get an account to access my churches records?
You will need to register for a Forge account in order to view your church’s records: https://clbforge.org/login.
Churches will be given a 5-digit number which is their account number once their group registration form is processed. You don’t need a Forge account to register for Elevate, only if you would like to view your church's records.
If I receive a paper copy of the registration form, who enters that data to the registration website?
Paper copies need to be entered by youth worker/church and not mailed to registration team to enter that data.

What else can you tell me about making payments for EYC?
A church check when mailed should in the memo have “Elevate 2022”. If a payment is only for specific people in your group please note that, otherwise all payments will be evenly split between all participants associate with your church.
