Each attendee, whether student or chaperone, will register themselves. You will identify your church during the registration process, which will add you to their group list.

- Super Early Bird (register on or before 1/15/26): $490
- Early Bird (register 1/16/26 to 2/28/26): $520
- Early Bird (register 3/1/26 to 4/30/26): $550
- Final Registration (register 5/1/26 to 5/31/26): $600
$50 Deposit per registered student:
- Churches will pay a $50 deposit per student to lock in the rates.
When completing your registration:
- No refunds are available once an individual is registered. The church will need to find a replacement for the student/chaperone if they are unable to attend.
- Submitted registration forms can be updated by emailing [email protected]
Please remember the following chaperone details and cost:
- Bring at least one chaperone age 20 or older for every 6 students
- The cost per chaperone is $425.

No, the registration form shouldn’t be edited once submitted. Leaders will need to email changes/updates to the registrar at [email protected].
