8:30am - Youth Leader Meeting (Starbucks provided)
9:30am - Session
11:15am - Breakout Session
12:30pm - Lunch
2:00pm - Sports (Tournament/Recreation Options)
4:00pm - Youth Worker Training
5:00pm – Dinner
6:30pm - Session
8:00pm - Youth Group Time Together
9:00pm - Entertainment

 • Friday: Night Youth Group Time
11:00pm - Everyone in Dorms

Saturday – July 6

8:00am – Breakfast (Students pack up and load up)
8:30am - Youth Leader Meeting (Starbucks provided)
ROOMS CLEANED OUT AND STUFF PACKED before MAIN SESSION
9:45am - Final Session (Leaders bring keys to main table)
11:30am - Lunch

SATURDAY MORNING
It is very important to get kids up and instruct them to pack up their stuff. They need to have all of their stuff packed and out of the room before they go to the main session. The main session on Friday starts at 9:45 am. There will be a group picture with all of the students, speakers, leaders, etc. at the start of this session.

YOUTH LEADER MEETING
The youth leader meeting is for all leaders. It is helpful to get our kids up and off for breakfast. If you can put a student in charge and make your way to the auditorium for Starbucks coffee, information meeting and a chance to meet leaders from other churches.
